Virgin Mobile has the worst reception and service of any cell phone company I have ever used. In addition if possible it has become even worse since sprint / nextel bought them.

I have no receptioin here but We look out and see a cell phone tower.. But Sprint, Virgin, Verizon, do not work here

the best company to go with would be Verizon do to the fact that lock haven is 28 miles away and and that is were we all call to for bills and people we know so if you go with another carrier people will be upset but the thing that piss's us off more is the not letting people know when it will be working the light is blinking and no info is being told please let us know something

Looking to get AT&T or Sprint because friends that come over have reception.

I have been on the "edge network" since I got here. My apps take 5-10 minutes to open. Phone calls are sketchy and often drop.

Very poor reception. Occasionally have no service. Also, I can't send text messages from this location. Signal has gotton worse since I bought the phone about two months ago.

Bought Verizon phones for wife and I when we lived in NJ. Moved to Roaring Branch PA and received no reception in this area.

Travel from Turnpike this way each morning and each afternoon and always have to pull over to not risk dropping out of ATT service. I don't understand why this can not be resolved. Spend a few bucks for a new tower ATT

No service at home. 1 Bar at Rt. 26 in Vestal Center. 2Bars at Rt. 26 and Rt. 434 in Vestal. 3 Bars at Walmart Vestal. Verizon could do a lot better as they want us to believe on the advertisements.

Before I purchased cricket service, I asked if I would have reception in Somerset, PA. The answer, "Yes, we have reception all over Somerset." Now to find out the only spotty reception is also "Roaming" that is a charge of $5.00 for only 30 min of talk time. I plan to shop around for a Tracphone and switch service.
