I get almost no reception inside or outside of my apartment. My phone will ring, but I can't answer it because the call gets dropped.

the amount of droped calls between 11 phones per day is on average of 4 per phone also there is little if no signal in alot of chester and delware counties. With about 20 or so towers the service by Nextel is getting worse by the day. They suck

What the heck! The highest point in the city if Pittsburgh and there's no coverage. There's 5, count em... 5! cell towers there, yet the coverage drops like clockwork at that intersection. You get it back a block away, but it makes no sense. Then again, we're talking about a cell phone company. So, go figure.

Absolutely no coverage until you get to Unionville (on route 8), or Center Townshp (308). We live.4 miles from a tower, and reprogramming the phone does NOT WORK, no matter what VZ tries to tell you. Works great in Butler, but forget it if you live in West Sunbury!
