Alltel service is poor in Clover. My phone roams analog more than it's on it's own network. This is my second 8910 in 3 months. The first was replaced under warranty because it wouldn't get signal at all. Sprint PCS and AT&T was no better. I travel the east coast and I have to say that I would much rather have my Sprint service back than be locked into a 2 year agreement with Alltel.

Suncom Unplan doesn't work in rural areas. You go more than 2 miles off a major interstate and good luck! Their TDMA service is better than their new GSM service. Alltel and Verizon seems to be your best bet in the Campobello / Inman area.

Suncom has the worst signal / service that is possible. I had them for almost 2 years and the phone did not work inside or outside. If I stood still at a certain angle sometimes the person on the other line could sort of make out what I was saying. And if you want customer service people that are helpful, honest and polite, then Suncom is not for you.

I just started not getting my calls, and it is only during part of the day. Verizon saids its may be because they are working on the towers during the day but they really have no idea because they get the tower from Alltel and my parents have that and theres works just fine.

SunCom GSM, which is supposed to switch to cingular towers when SunComs are unavailable, is a joke. It works almost nowhere, especially here. Everyone who has Cingular has perfect service but my phone can't find a cingular tower.
