I have to go outside to get any service and then, it's bad service... Very unhappy as I spend 40 hours a week there.

Lived here for two months and got cell reception at home exactly twice, received texts message. "CALL FAILED" is what I get after dialing any call from home. Need about 7 miles from Lake Wiley before I get reception, and I have messages days-old. I have zero bars in the house and one bar at the dock but no connectivity. Need to have wi-fi cell phone service because my internet at home has been fine.

Usually ZERO bars in 1st or 2nd level of House. But 3 or 4 bars at my dock. The only two towers I could locate were in a line with our row of houses. They need more towers in other directions. Their idea of help was to call every two weeks to see if they had decided to add more towers!

This is outrageously pitiful. What? Are we a 3rd world country now??!? AT&T should be sued for false advertising. What good is it to have a smart phone that you can never use? What's worse is the hotel doesn't have Internet in a storm either. I'm here for training not for a vacation and need to either have cell or Internet.

Very little to no reception. 1 bar at best. I did not even attempt to make a call because it wouldn't even hold the signal long enough to do so.

Was able to get 2 bars inside and outside my house... now, for at least 3 weeks, I have none. Have called AT&T 3 times and am told they are expanding coverage in the area. It should be finished by the end of the year. What am I supposed to do till then?

Phone useless at home. I get a signal around 18 or 20 miles from my house. It's annoying to pay the cell phone bills and can only use my phone when I'm miles away from my house.

There is a "new" tower recently erected, said to be an AT&T due to expanding coverage areas to accommodate T-Mobile customers. It was erected in April however as an AT&T customer, I am fortunate to get 1 bar when standing in the middle of the street to make and receive phone calls. What gives and what's the hold up?
