We had no reception in our house or traveling around the Pendleton area. They sent us a reception box for our home and it gave us one bar, but still all of our calls dropped. A shame the phone itself was awesome.

No reception at all, and they won't let me out of my contract even though we are military and the coverage sucks here!

The reception is horrible here. I do have a microcell... cheaper than getting out of my contract, but seriously considering letting contract lapse. Friends with Sprint and Verizon that come to my house have no problems! SAD AT&T, just SAD!

you get absolutely no reception, I have contacted Verizon about this issue and they claim that I should have perfect reception, but the funny thing is that I will drop the call while talking to the customer service.

I get poor to no reception from Hwy. 321 to Burris Rd.on Hwy. 322. When I get home, I have 0 reception. I have friends on Verizon, that can take calls from My living room and Kitchen without issue. By the same token, I can take calls from their house in clover when they have no signal. I guess it's a coin toss. I wish everybody would just share towers, then 100% of the people would have coverage.

On vacation in Wild Dunes near the tip of the island and I have no reception at all. very disappointing since my son visited and had good reception with Sprint.

Have been an ATT customer for years but recently moved to Ladys Island and found reception very spotty. Just movedto Dataw island yesterday and have nothing, no bars at all, inside or outside! Wondering if we'll have to switch service after all. We're wondering why ATT doesn't better serve this area and especially all the services at PI and MCAS

I have been calling AT&T about no reception / searching... For four months. Still no service while I am work. All my coworkers (T-Mobile, Sprint, Verizon) all have five bars, all I have is either No Service or Searchng. AT&Tnow has the f$#king audacity to try and sell me a Micro Cel for $99 with no guarantee it will work. Randall L. Stephenson maybe you should spend that 39 billon and put up some towers versus giving to T-Mobile, who by the way is owned by the German Government. F%^k AT&T.

Hilton Plantation reception is horrible and the board of directors are nearsighted. I can't believe that in 2011 I can't get a signal! Why Hargray was not allowed to service this area back in 1995 is beyond me. Poor planning!

No service with Verizon at my home or traveling Hwy. 18 between Shrine Club Rd.and Old Race Track Road. Traded phones twice, spoke with Verizon Tech Service, no one can explain why 2 out of 4 phones have service. Phones with service are 6 years old, newer phone bought Sept. 2010. Verizon states in 2-4 years 4G service will be available. What do I do until then? Would love to break this new contract and go to another company, but doubt I can get them to cancel without penalties. Don't go to Verizon if you live in this area... Very poor customer service.
