I used to be able to make and receive phone calls from a south facing bay window in my home. Now I can only make phone calls from my driveway. seems to work in the other parts of town, just can't use it in my home.

No reception to poor reception. Phone rings but can't talk, constantly drops calls

I get roaming charges in my own home if any service at all. Alltel needs to install tower on Bennett / Todd County line NOW, as some have said for saftey more then anything

Shows full service but can not even check my voicemail. I have had 4 differant phones same thing.

alltel stinks in this area. 30% dropped calls on our bill. they say we only dropped one call, but it was almost 90. I am better off paying early termination and switching. can't wait!

FREQUENT dropped calls, 4 times out of 5 end up with a message welcome to Verizan when trying to make a call. Called tech support told tower 7 miles away (shouldn't that distance provide adequate coverge?)

I have not been able to make or take calls and my text messages take up to an hour to go thru, this has just started happening about 3 days ago?

I had Alltel and it worked very well. Got booted to ATT and the service is really, really poor. No signal in my office on SDSMT campus. Occasionally can't make a call and get 'Emergency calls only' message. Later same location allows calls. ATT is a disaster.
