Bennett Rd. / John Ross intersection, Chattanooga, TN 37412 Thu Jan 25, 2007

I was getting 1 or 2 bars until Nov. now I have 0 reception in my house. I have to go for a drive in my car to use my cell phone, as soon as I get in my driveway, I begin to get static and drop droppin of words till I actually drop the call. This sucks!

Coverage is fine everywhere downtown Elizabethton and surrounding areas, but we lose service from Eliz. Airport an up Stoney Creek.

Nashville Everywhere / Nashville Everywhere intersection, Nashville, TN 37204 Mon Oct 06, 2008

AT&T is the worst service around. Don't get Cingular / ATT, the MOST dropped calls and the worst connection possible. I am locked into this contract until Feb 09 - and will be switching - it almost makes me want to go back to a Land line only phone. For the amount of money all these cell phone services charge everyone, they have made a killing.

I get 0 bars and NO RECEPTION in this area. This needs to be fixed with a tower. It is a shame that you can't get reception in 2008. If you need a place to build a tower, call me. I have a location and we NEED RECEPTION ASAP.

Possum Trot Rd., Shelbyville, TN 37160 Thu Jul 31, 2008

Is there any hope of getting service on Possum Trot Road, Shelbyville, Tennessee in the near future? I am staying at my family's farm during the week to be near my mother in the nursing home. It would same me $50 a month if I could use my ATT cell phone and do away with the land line. My brother operates the farm and we are unable to communicate with him in emergencies until he happens to go in his house and check for messages on his land line. Very frustrating! We could probably furnish the location for another tower if necessary. coopp@bellsouth.net

Old Stage Rd. / Andrew Johnson Hwy. intersection, Morristown, TN 37814 Wed Apr 30, 2008

There is zero reception in the basement and only one bar in the house. The entire town of Morristown, TN has very little reception for AT and T, which surprises me because we just recently opened a rather large AT and T store in our town.

Zero to 1 bar inside my house, sometimes 2 bars standing in the middle of the street. Phone is essencially worthless unless I'm driving or at work.

Chimneyrock / Dexter intersection, Cordova, TN 38018 Thu Jan 03, 2008

The intersection of Chimneyrock and Dexter is a dead zone and carries on until you get at least 1 block past either street. This has been a dead zone for YEARS! I know I used to work for Cingular. It is the towers (or the lack thereof)... not the cellphone.

Tenn. 111 / U.S. 127, Byrdstown, TN 38549 Fri Nov 30, 2007

Starting approximately 2 miles south of Albany, KY all the way down to just north of Livingston, TN (on Tenn. Hwy. 111) and just north of Crossville, TN (on U.S. 127), there is no GSM coverage. When I asked a representative from AT&T about coverage in these areas, she stated that the company has no plans to add towers through at least the end of 2008. I have to forward my incoming calls to a CDMA Tracfone when I visit these areas.

UTC, Chattanooga, TN 37403 Tue Nov 20, 2007

Using an older-model phone, cannot send or receive from inside any buildings, with spotty reception outside buildings. I'm dumping AT&T and looking for something that gets strong reception inside buildings on UTC campus. Any recommendations? I've narrowed it down to T-Mobile and Verizon. Pros? Cons?
