I was lucky if I got one bar in the East knoxville / Kodak area VERY sucky service

I've had three different phones and I con never get Verizon reception on most of Signal Mtn. Very poor service. When are they going to get a cell tower up there on top of the mountain.

Why is there no reception around the lake area. Verizon has better than good receiption.

You will find after leaving Athens Tennessee on highway 305 towards Watts Bar that your reception will go out completely about 1 and a half miles past Intersate I-75. This portion of the county has no reception at all and Verizon is aware of this. The Athens store has informed us that there is simply no tower in this area and there are no plans to pursue one. Reception is also at a zero on Alltell and Cellular One products.

I was getting 1 or 2 bars until Nov. now I have 0 reception in my house. I have to go for a drive in my car to use my cell phone, as soon as I get in my driveway, I begin to get static and drop droppin of words till I actually drop the call. This sucks!

Dead spots in mountainous areas and new residential areas are common. Dropped calls while going over ridges or around mountains... will get Verizon after my contract is up. I have had T-Mobile for 8 years, and ever since moving to Chattanooga, I have had problems.

No reception until I hit the edge of Collierville. This is pathetic. I get reception everywhere else until I come to Oakland and then nothing unless I use a crappy GoPhone. weak.

Calls are dropped everytime I approach this intersection. I do not receive calls in the house, but once I step outside, I can recieve and make calls. Its too cold to be outside on a phone. Please fix the problem.

This is very frustrating. No reception and calls cannot be made or received. We need a tower but no one seems to be concerned about this area of Charlotte, Vanleer, and Cumberland Furnace. Merrill Pegg resident
