Dead spots in mountainous areas and new residential areas are common. Dropped calls while going over ridges or around mountains... will get Verizon after my contract is up. I have had T-Mobile for 8 years, and ever since moving to Chattanooga, I have had problems.
No reception until I hit the edge of Collierville. This is pathetic. I get reception everywhere else until I come to Oakland and then nothing unless I use a crappy GoPhone. weak.

Calls are dropped everytime I approach this intersection. I do not receive calls in the house, but once I step outside, I can recieve and make calls. Its too cold to be outside on a phone. Please fix the problem.
This is very frustrating. No reception and calls cannot be made or received. We need a tower but no one seems to be concerned about this area of Charlotte, Vanleer, and Cumberland Furnace. Merrill Pegg resident

No service usually, only if you stand in one spot with your phone held out from your body with the speaker phone on, and then only sometimes. Most of the time you will hear a beep and it will be a voicemail you recieved but can't listen to. I have part of Paint Rock Ridge on my property and would love to get Verizon to put a cell tower on it so we could get rid of the terrible bellsouth phone connection we have too. Don't come to the Paint Rock area if your thinking about making a call.
I have had T-Mobile for over 4 years and while the service in Nashille has been (up until last year) good, there is no reception at my home and around the lake area. I have changed phones, upgraded sims, tried new phones, everything they have asked and NOTHING helps. This year I began dropping calls on I-440 and at the off ramps of I-40 at Hermitage. I recxently had to get a new phone and went with the aboslutely cheapest model in order to complete my contract when I will be changing services. Top contenders are Verizon or Sprint. I would like to know if anyone at the Saundersville Ferry / Beth Dr / Lovell Dr. has either service and if they are happy with that service.
Strange service, if on phone on way to my home can talk all way, if at home and leave no service till hit Hwy. 100. Have NO servixce with in or outside my house. Yet there is a tower not 2 miles from home. Another dead spot, going toward Nashville just past Hester Beasley Road, for 1 mile.
