terrible

I am just about to switch to Verizon. I have Cingular and a brand new Samsung phone and it doesn't come in at all on Asheville Hwy. or 25 E in Morristown. I used to live behind West Town Mall right in the middle of Knoxville and I couldn't even get a signal there, I'm over it.

No reception at all

Horrible reception holes on Middlebrook pike.I see from others comments here they have experienced the same thing.Do yourself a favor and pay the etf and leave this awful company

No cellphone reception anywhere in the coker creek area we need towers up there because there are a lot of people who live there that have cellphones and cannot use them until they get to tellicoplains or ducktown so if for instance someone is in a automobile accident or some other type of accident they have to to the nearest house and use a landline

Nowhere in Paris TN or surrounding cities have any reception with Cingular GSM phones.

Standing outside the house, at the left front corner of the carport, from approx. 8:15 to 9:30 PM, I get enough signal to make a call. Otherwise, no signal at the house and intermittant throughout the local area.

There is no reception in a 3 mile radius around this intersection and poor reception for another 5 mi radius.

Cingular keeps promising me they are getting reception in this area ( for 2 years now ) but the date keeps getting pushed back. They now will not even give me feedback I have to get it from one of their competitors.

Once you leave the business portion of Union City South bound there is no reception until you reach Martin, then it is a very brief signal. until it drops again. Signal reaquires in business district of Milan
