There is no Verizon service in this area. ! The Elizabethon store personnel will tell youn that. Just try to get your money back for moving ionto a dead area from Verizon. They said I had to prove there was no servicxe in the area to get out of my contract. I am livid and gonna take it to the top. What a crock. I spent 1 hr. 20 minutes in the Raleigh NC. store where I got my phone then another hour talking to 2 customer reps and a tech man on the phone. Don't use Verizon period ! Thats my advice !

Worked in Nashville on up toward Martin. Once I hit Martin, no coverage. When I left Martin and got into Kentucky, coverage returned. I had absolutely no reception in the Union City / Martin area.

I reside outside of LaFollette, approx., 12 Miles near Rainbow Marina Area, and if I were ever to break down or in an Accident within the 12 Miles to the Main Rd.through the Town of LaFollette... .OH WELL! It Stinks! Would like to hear more about Alltells for my inlaws were here for a visit from Alabama and used theres all over my House and outside as well...

No reception inside older buildings in midtown and downtown. Spotty coverage in east memphis. Now I see why T-Mobile doesn't make claims of good reception like Verizon and Cingular do.

3 different people with Cingular with 3 different phones, no service on any phone. Cingular has become a real disappointment with probably some of the most misleading advertising available. Wish I had stayed with t-mobile, the reception wasn't any worse and the customer service was a million times better.
