We live on Branchside Court in the Newport Crossing Subdivision and no one on our cul de sac receives decent cell service... Simply put, a major dead zone. ATT and Cricket do not work on our street. I now have Verizon service which works pretty good. With our ATT and Cricket service, rarely, if ever, did voice work, only texting. We have tried multiple phones, services as have our neighbors. It stinks. Don't move near Augustine Trail and Buckner Rd / Branchside Court if you use a cell phone!

Intermittent single bar reception from Verizon is the best to be had, but is woefully inadequate, especially as there is no hope of landline connectivity in the area. So much for high speed connectivity for all or those in rural areas.

Consistent dead spot for the past 12 years. The only solution was to purchase Verizon's Network Extender.

Horrible reception around post with Sprint. Will be switching carriers.

Our entire area 30+ square miles has 1 tower on the fringe of it. If you follow highway 30 out of Athens, TN and turn onto CR 100 you lose all signal this is a dead area that reaches at least 20 miles to Lamontville TN with very spotty to absolutely no coverage.. I live at the corner of county road 48 and 46 How about a tower out here already..What does a guy have to do!

No reception for a mile in both directions of HeatherHurst Golf Course on / off Stonehenge Dr.and Forest Hill Dr. Have consistently called for 'adjustment' to the tower in the area (Dartmoor Dr. / Peavine Rd?).. A "low" area for about 2 miles must affect the signal.. but... FIX IT!

My phone has zero bars in the house and in the yard. If I spend half a day outside, I might get a single bar for a minute or three depending on atmospheric conditions, the alignment of stars, and what I had for lunch. I'd switch networks in a heartbeat, but none of the neighbors are getting a signal on their networks / phones either.

I live in Downtown Jonesborough. Sprint has absolutely no coverage whatsoever, either inside or outside of my home. I'm not sure how I can't even roam on other people's networks and not make a call that lasts for more than a few seconds.

no AT&T service while camping or anywhere close by. AT&T service in Knoxville has been very bad for the last 6 months for everyone that I know with this carrier. Will be changing at the end of my contract next month!

Desk clerk said every carrier EXCEPT AT&T has reception here. That's not good at all. In a major tourist attraction like Pigeon Forge and you can't provide your customers with service? In the year 2011? And other carriers can?... ehh
