Cingular service is poor. Lucky to get 1 bar at my house but only standing on my head in the far corner of my yard during a full moon. Many dropped calls all around the city. Voicemails without ever ringing.Verizon and US Cellular both work well where Cingular has no service.

reception througout the whole north end of putnam county, tn is really poor, Cingular should look into more towers. other carriers have.

I am always dropped driving I-440 between Sidco Dr.and I-440 at Hillsboro Rd. It says No Digital Service if you try to redial. Then, it just pops back after you leave that area. It also drops many times when you drive Old Hickory Blvd.between Brentwood and Hwy. 100. I am ready to dump Sprint. I contacted them and they had a "service representative" try to call me... ..but I never called them back. I give them until the end of the month. If it isn't any better, I go to Verizon.

Very poor to no reception for T-Mobile on Otter Creek between Hillsboro and Granny White

None of our Verizon phones (we have four different models) receive any signal whatsoever at our home in the 300 block of Honey Fork Road, one mile outside of Indian Mound.

9 out of 10 times I do cannot get a signal from my house. The one out of 10 times I do get a signal, it is dropped within a couple of minutes. Even if I go outside, I still cannot get a signal. Once I get a few miles down Hwy. 100, going east towards Nashville, I can then get a signal. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone who lives in Fairview. My contract is up Jan. 09, 2006, and I am counting the days to switch to another carrier.

There is a dead spot when you are driving down East Brainerd to the intersection with I-75.

Zero reception. Often 'searching for service'. If happens to connect, drops within 30 seconds.

About a mile each direction from Chestnut mound you can call out / get calls in / after that forget it for miles heading west / nashville direction / none if you go North / Gainsboro direction / garbled... if you go South... not only me PLENTY C / O... all kinds of phones... .I would like to speak to some one about having a tower in our area... but the one contact I ask about it,did not sound encouraged about that happening... .when my contract is up in a few months... .i am saying good bye... ..if I cant call for help... why pay for it
