I recieve full reception from a nearby Cingular tower. But I still can't call out at any time whatsoever. I am supposed to have unlimited free roaming on my contract. I do not know if it is T-Mobile or the phone itself. I have called customer service and they told me that it is the tower that I am near that is at fault. I personally do not believe this. I am still able to make emergency calls though.

CRICKET DOES NOT WORK IN MARION COUNTY! It's reception drops: 1) I-24 W near Lookout Valley -- near interstate rest area. 2) Half-way up about 0.8 miles up Suck Creek Mountain, from base, by the small grocery store / country store! Cricket works mainly in Chattanooga / downtown, with some decent reception to the North towards Soddy Daisy (decent in Soddy) -- and spotty to the South, near Chickamauga. No coverage works out of the 'valley's walls' -- i.e. - Crossing over to Marion or Bradley Counties, to the East or West!

Sprint is HORRID in Whitwell! If you live here and plan on getting Sprint (not Nextel)... save your money and go with Cingular or Verizon!
