Had reception when I first moved. For the last two months... I get ZERO reception from home. T-Mobile seems to be insisting that the problem is my phone. However, my girlfriends phone stopped receiving a signal also. I also experience alot of dropped calls elsewhere in the city. I'm extremely unhappy with the coverage of Tmobile. When with Sprint, I had no problems with coverage. If you can deal with the lack of customer service, you should certainly consider going with sprint. Even if customer service is a problem, you will find yourself having to contact them much less.

I have called ATT and called and called and called. I work at home so this is a critical problem for me. After threatening to take full page ad in the local newspaper, ATT finally sent a tech around who confirmed that there was no service from my driveway. ATT's way of placating me was to give me a one-time $50 refund -- my cell phone bill averages $400+ per month. They PROMISED it was being fixed within a three month period. THAT WAS TWO YEARS AGO AND STILL NO IMPROVEMENT. It is the bill I hate to pay the most.
No reception in general once you're away from the major thoroughfares anywhere around Lebanon. There's no signal -- not even emergency signal -- out Coles Ferry past Trice Rd.through Possum Town and Oakland out to about Cairo Bend Road. This includes all the neighborhoods north of Coles Ferry from Cedar Grove across Mann road to Berea Church Road.
