I moved from Arizona to Tennessee. I'm on my brother's plan and we have a 2 year contract to where we cannot drop a line or terminate our contract without a huge fee. There is absolutely no service here. Don't even try cause there is nothing you can do, but switch to Verizon or move to Murray, KY.

The regular telephone reception is just downright embarrassing. I want out of my contract now! I hate to say this... but... I'd be willing to switch to my arch-nemesis, AT&T

In certain corners of my property I may receive (1) bar of strength, but for the majority of the area I must resort to using my landline.

My old Nokia phone worked great but when I upgraded... .. no service at all

Don't understand why we have to be punished for living outside the city limits. I have to have a land line, pay high DSL rates, and go down the road to get a cell phone signal. PLEASE, PLEASE put a cell tower close to Drummonds area. People would love you if we could get reception here.

Cingular / AT&T reception here has been 0-1 bars for 5+ years. I can practically see the nearest AT&T tower from my back yard and was told by AT&T that I'm within 1 1 / 2 miles of four towers, yet in spite of numerous calls to customer service, no one will address this issue. They insist our neighborhood has 100% full coverage. No one who has AT&T service who comes within 200 yards of my house can get their phones to work. There are no radio or TV towers or other causes of interference that anyone can find. My house actually sits on a hill. AT&T simply doesn't work here. I've noticed my coverage both locally and out of town has severely degraded in the past couple of years, too. On a trip to Texas in the same place I used to get 4 bars I now get none. AT&T tells me I just need to buy a new phone. I've bought two new phones since I've lived here and neither worked here when it was new. Why would I think another new phone (with another 2-year contract) would work now? Oh, and the zip code here is 38016, not 38018, but 38016 isn't in your database.

Can't make or receive phone calls in Bledsoe Creek State Park

Had to take TWO Droid 2's back. Got very weak signal, always dropped the calls that got through. Mother-in-law not happy... That part not really so bad. Iphone 3GS works just fine.

I have no signal at all from reahtown rd. all the way untill I get to parker inc.

Have a elder friend who needed a doctor and we could not dial out to call a doctor for this person. Please get a cell tower in this area ASAP.
