No reception inside older buildings in midtown and downtown. Spotty coverage in east memphis. Now I see why T-Mobile doesn't make claims of good reception like Verizon and Cingular do.

3 different people with Cingular with 3 different phones, no service on any phone. Cingular has become a real disappointment with probably some of the most misleading advertising available. Wish I had stayed with t-mobile, the reception wasn't any worse and the customer service was a million times better.

Sometimes my phone switches to analog mostly no service and when I do have service which is standing on my front porch not moving in only one spot and one other spot in the back yard it drops the call after a minute. Won't work in house. Can not use cell phone until I am within 3-5 miles from city limits and I live 13 miles out if I have a wreck in that dead zone too bad. Have contacted Verizon many times no luck yet. No service yet.

I would like for another company to put in a cell tower in Sneedville, Tn. Maybe Verizon would get busy and add more towers. Everbody needs competition

I don't get any reception at my house. My phone says I have bars but also displays the NO SERVICE symbol. T-Mobile said I should be able to use Cingular's tower when T-Mobile's out of reach, but it says "emergencie's only" when I try to make a call. It also says "not allowed" when I try to manually connect to Cingular's tower. WHAT's UP W / THAT?! I have tried to talk to T-Mobile all week to get it fixed, still no luck. One person told me if I changed to a Nationwide plan that it would fix the problem, welp guess what, it didn't :( It's to expensive to pay for if you can't even make calls from home!

NO SERVICE intersection-dropped calls every time. Cingular service in northern Putnam county is poor to non-existant to say the least

I live near this intersection and get spotty reception of none to 2 bars depending on where I stand in the yard. Cingular got nothing at all within almost 6 miles of this area. There are hills all around, of course and I have yet to actually find the nearest cell tower. All my family uses Verizon so not willing to switch (if it'd help anyway), but I'm looking into an antenna booster.
