Strange service, if on phone on way to my home can talk all way, if at home and leave no service till hit Hwy. 100. Have NO servixce with in or outside my house. Yet there is a tower not 2 miles from home. Another dead spot, going toward Nashville just past Hester Beasley Road, for 1 mile.

Fairview , Hwy. 100 and Planters Rd., Fairview, TN 37062 Thu Dec 29, 2005

9 out of 10 times I do cannot get a signal from my house. The one out of 10 times I do get a signal, it is dropped within a couple of minutes. Even if I go outside, I still cannot get a signal. Once I get a few miles down Hwy. 100, going east towards Nashville, I can then get a signal. I do not recommend Verizon to anyone who lives in Fairview. My contract is up Jan. 09, 2006, and I am counting the days to switch to another carrier.

Almost anywhere East of Gallatin, I get no signal or very poor signal. Usually, if travelling on 31E, (going east out of Gallatin) I loose reception around Martin Ln. or Desha Creek Rd. and very rarely get any at all after that. I have traveled on many roads just east of Gallatin, and rarely have any reception untill I get completly back into Gallatin city limits.

I have had T-Mobile since 2006 and I have gotten service everywhere until I moved to Hermitage tn. Now my family has no service due to signal issues. I pay a 200 dollar phone bill a month and have 5 lines on my account through them. I am very upset about this. I feel as though I am just throwing money away. What good is a cell phone if you can not use it.

I have been with T-Mobile since 2006 and I was very pleased with them until recently when I moved to Hermitage. I have 5 lines on my account and none of us have service at all. I pay over 200 dollars a month for phones we can not use. Then they tell me that if I want out of my contract I will have to pay them 1000.00 dollars. This is rediculous they are not even trying to give us phones that have wii fi calling on them. They are saying that I need to pay for them. That can get very expensive when you have 5 phones that do not work. This is rediculous.
