We live in Sandy Creek Ranches area, about halfway between Jonestown and Liberty Hill. We are in one of many DEAD zones in the area, with zero signal. A very accident prone section of Nameless Road, about 1 mile long, is a DEAD zone. When we inquire or complain to Verizon Wireless, they tell us "It's in an area our network doesn't reach and there's nothing we can do about it." Translation: Verizon Wireless is either incapable or unwilling to provide service. But they are perfectly happy to take our money every month.

Had Sprint for years---too lazy to switch, but I live in Krum off of hwy 380 and we get no signal and if we go outside we'll get the "dead" sound---nothing. Phone shows it's ringing but is not. Horrible service.

I HAVE NOT HAD PHONE RECEPTION AT MY HOME SINCE 1-19-2012. CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYS IT'S AN OUTAGE AND CANNOT GIVE US A FIX DATE. MY HUSBAND HAS AN HTC EVO AND CAN SOMETIMES GET 1 BAR. IF I DRIVE TO DENTON I HAVE SERVICE. I AM READY TO SWITCH CARRIERS. WHO GETS A GOOD SIGNAL OUT HERE?

Looks like most people with ATT have issues in The Woodlands. Its getting worse. Drop calls happen from panther creek down woodlands parkway. Service near the mall? Forget it. What is the issue? I had better reception on vacation in Puerto Rico.

Signal is poor or does not exist 1 / 2 mile in each direction. None of the cell carriers acknowledge this.

absolutly no reception! Had to buy an AT&T gophone from Wal Mart and then only recieve 1 - 3 bars intermitly.
