My phone is useless on campus. Useless. I don't get dropped calls; I don't even GET calls. Internet, weather apps, news updates, sending texts--forget it. When I walk of campus, my phone jingles, and I have 20+ emails, texts, and voicemails. AT&T is worthless here. I'm not sure what I am going to do in this case, but since I have a lawyer provided to me through UT, I promise I won't be sticking with AT&T

I have the worst reception possible at my house of all places. Most calls go straight to voicemail and I do not even see them as missed calls.

for the last six months service has been bad,att says I need to buy new phone at my expence- not happening.

No Metro store to go to. No service to call. Phone will only dial certain numbers. Just moved here from DFW and Metro PCS is HORRIBLE at Best. Same goes for the customer service that does not care about our situation.

I go to UT and service here sucks. I thought it was just me, but I know a couple of areas that no one gets good service. Seems pretty consistent that all phone companies are making people pay for no service, you're not alone!

I live out in the country between Harleton, TX and Ore City, TX. Not in Diana, TX where my mail comes from. Several years ago we had very good service. Now none... I am very upset. Keep calling AT&T and they tell me tower is down. I know this isn't true. I live on a large place, and I am 76 and really need that phone. I have used AT&T and Cingular for years.. I have to drive about 25 miles to get any good service. Wish I had a tower on my property.. I can't call my daughter. she has no service either, and she lives very close to me.. But at nite, being alone I really need good service.. Will have to change I think,, thats what my daughter wants me to do..My daughter has I phone and she has no service... .

Sprint has terrible service to none in the city of Krum. Their solution was "you are going to have dropped calls". Great answer Sprint Poor customer service and no service is switching me to Verizon. Most of our neighbors use them and have spectacular service and no dropped calls.

Verizon frankly told us that even though we had had great service for 4 years but when Hurricane Ike went thru our East Texas area and messed up the digital tower, they now have other priorities and would not address our corner of the world. We've had no cell phone service in our home for 2 years! We have bars but no service (our area is blocked for some reason). They have told us all kinds of stories such as service agreements have been made with other carriers and that's why we have bars but no service or there is no tower in our area... . We can get internet thru a laptop air card but no cell phone service. Would some sort of amplifier or special antennae work for us? Our neighbor that has a truck with a special antennae came to see us, he could get Verizon with no problem????

If you like not being able use your phone to receive or make calls or text in your house my all means get T-Mobile I have call and have had many talks with customer service and though they are very nice and unlike other company they are here in the U.S. their solution or advice for better reception was to up grade my phone too one that had internet capability UN-knowing to them we have 3 phones in the house and the other two are as new as they come and yes internet capability with same results when I ask the T-Mobile reps. here in Abilene there answer is I have the same problem with my own phone silly right they so willing too put these phones on our hands just too make a buck why are we letting them... ... well you get the point I hope

I get numerous drop calls in my home. Hard time sending and getting texts. Forget picture mail.
