Sucks. No service inside, even from 2nd floor. Occasionally can make / receive outside, but quality is very bad. Two service calls did not help. Changing service. T-Mobile does not have any 4G plan anyway. Bye Bye.

Have never had good reception and in the last few weeks it's dropped to NO reception. Gotta love ATT and contracts even if you can't use your phone.

Memorial Park, Houston, TX 77007 Fri Jul 16, 2010

I always lose reception and get the SOS signal when I drive through Memorial park area. Also I get dropped calls or calls failed message when trying to dial in any part of Houston. I am not sure if it is the Bold 9700 issue or is it just t mobile altogether.

I just moved to this location. Indoors, that is inside my house, I get essentially no reception. I can occasionally get a EV-DO network readout (with no bars), and I can get a ring through, but not enough signal conduct a full phone call or to keep the call from dropping 50% of the time. Outside, I get 1 bar, which is usually enough to finish a phone call. Ultimately, I will have to switch networks.

Cell tower on top of the mountain and of course signal goes right over entire neighborhoods and schools. Technician for U-Verse at our house (who couldn't use his AT&T cell phone either) said that they could easily drop the signal location a couple degrees and then voila. Coould it be that easy? AT&T, get your crap together!

We get no reception in our house what so ever. T-Mobile needs to fix this problem. Maybe it will be a good thing if they are bought out at least we can then get cell service.

I drop calls EVERY time at this location. Usually right aroud Royal or Forest. Doesn't matter if I'm calling another cell or a land line, the call drops.

No 3G in a box to include 59 and 90 to 59 and 6 from about noon to 7:00 PM on weekdays. Allegedly, T-Mobile says engineers indicate nothing wrong. Homing pigeon is faster at this point.

Before I had the LG Vue I had a Samsung flip phone and never had any trouble with reception. This new LG phone is horrible and I miss call after call. I would not recommend this phone to anyone who has to rely on their phone for work or anything else important. I wam replacing this phone this weekend after having it for only 4 days. Hope this helps someone... ... ...
