horrible reception with cricket. between 1431 and 183. My sister got convinced by the sale man to buy a new cell phone... but it happen the same thing..no coverage at all...

Live at south toledo bend we have AT&T no reception! my neighbor that lives there has Verizon and has great reception guess we r gonna have to get Verizon too.

daughter cant use Sprint phone in school. In building or outside school She gets no bars... .no reception Is this normal with Sprint in this high school.

I have had AT&T / Cingular for the last 5 years. I ALWAYS get a dropped call when driving on Northwest Loop 820. The dead zone is between Hwy. 199 and Lake Worth when driving on the Loop. I have had 4 different phones in the last 5 years and all have dropped calls at that location.

Phone always drops call when going either east or west on I-10 between Beltway / Gessner

no bars in apartment. called several times and they just gave me some bs about how they couldn't do anything about it.

The most horrible service we have ever experienced with a cell phone provider. They told us it was the phone... we exchanged it twice. Then they told us it was the tower twice... still not right. Now we are out of our initial 30 days in which we could have switched. All they did was stall us until they had us locked in at day 31. We have called and talked to 12 differnt people so far including supervisors, and still no help. I am at the point of telling them to take the phones and the service and "shove em". Frustrated in Rosharon :(

I have 5 bars and 3G service shown on my phone, but I can't call out or receive calls. Txt msg works if I stick phone near a window.

Horrible reception. I've been battling this with AllTel / Verizon for months now.

Reception is so bad that you cannot hear enough to understand what the call is about. About all you can do is go to a landline phone and call the person back.
