TDMA works, GSM doesn't... I've tried the store GSM phones (before buying one) in this area for 2years now, every 6-9 months or so.. and still no GSM service. T-Mobile doesn't work in this area either. ATnT (cingular) TDMA and Sprint, however, do.

Reception used to be fairly good in this area. When AT&T and Cingular merged, it got much worse. Now it is impossible to get reception in this area. VERY DISPLEASED WITH CINGULAR'S SERVICE - OR LACK OF. When I've called (numerous times) about the problems I, and MANY OTHERS are having, they just say they are very sorry for the inconveniene, and I still have rotton service.
