All this weekend, ATT network has apparently been completely down. No matter where I go, I have no coverage. Unbelievable.

T-Mobile sucks in East Texas. All of my relatives, who live in Whitehouse, TX by the way, use Alltel and claim no problems anywhere in East Texas.

Hunterwood / Denton and Bethel School Rd. intersection, Coppell, TX 75019 Thu Jun 09, 2005

About a year ago our previously good reception in the Hunterwood subdivision disappeared as it did for all our neighbors using Sprint. All we get is excuses from Sprint. I'm tired of paying for 4 phones that we can't use within a half mile of our house. We're changing to a carrier we can actually use our minutes!

i had Cingular just after they switched to gsm and it was a joke. my phone hardly ever worked and when it did it would drop my calls like crazy. Cingular said it was my phone and not there service so I bought a Nokia 3100 and still the same thing but this time my phone would turn off constantly. take my advise and stay far far away from cingular.

Cingular alledges that this GSM phone is not compatible with the GSM frequency used in the South TX region. This is a tri-band phone that is capable of working on 900 / 1800 / 1900 MHz systems. I have determined that GSM systems may also transmit on 850 MHz, so possibly this is what the GSM equipment in the area operates at. Unverified.
