1 - 0 Rating. For about 200 yards, there is zero reception from all directions. T-Mobile needs to get this straightened out.

You can start a call, but you'll never finish it. 'Dropped calls' is the name of the game. This includes Analog Roam reception.

Calls are dropped when driving through Hyde Park between 45th and 51st St.and on the upper deck of Hyde Park. Coverage appears again shortly after. But calls are ALWAYS dropped right there.

I have little to no reception... had AT&T now Cingular... called and filed several complaints... but Cingular does not really care... fixing problem dips into the profits... ..as long as no serious competition problems like these won't get fixed... .if you are looking for phone steer away from Cingular

I just switched from Cingular to T-Mobile and I cannot get ANY reception ANYTIME in UT med school or Memorial Hermann Hospital. With Cingular it was sporadic but this is non-existent!

I am unable to receive Sprint reception when in Kent, TX. Is this due to a lack of towers or is it the Davis Mountains causing this problem?

I have been with Sprint for 6 years now and I can't WAIT to leave them. Strange over charges appear on my bills, and RUDE customer service reps are incredibly UNhelpful. Currently I receive absolutely no service, several calls are dropped, and I never know whether or not I will have service. I can't wait to switch to another carrier. Don't go to Sprint unless you are SURE you get service in that area.
