T-mobile is horrible I pay a little over $100 for an unlimited plan on one phone. Takes on average 15 mins to open a web site, days to send a picture. My phone spends more hours during a day searching for signal. I get NO service outside of wichita falls, only get decent service in large cities. Hate T-Mobile ready for my contract to ne over.

Fairfield has no reception at all! When we moved out here 3 years ago we had average to below average. For some reason since the release of 4g, there is no service! Every call I make, whether in my home or in my driveway or yard, either won't go through or drops. I was told we are in a dead zone even though AT&T's map shows we have the best coverage! After weeks of complaining and going up to the store once a week, they finally gave us an MCELL for free. I at least have bars now, but calls are still distorted and drop! So glad we didn't pay for the MCELL or I would have demanded a refund! When is AT&T going to do something about it's dropped calls and lack of service in the Houston area? We are the fourth largest city in the world, this is ridiculous!

I35E / Hwy. 287 intersection, Waxahachie, TX 75165 Sat Oct 15, 2011

No reception in Waxahachie, all along I35 into Dallas and most parts of Dallas reception is very poor. This is true with other members of my family on my plan who are in 3 other parts of the country, VA, DC and IL. AT&T admits to most towers being down or severely downgraded in all of these areas and cannot say when they will repair them. Our rates should be prorated to the level of service based on tower outages. Until they are 100% up we should not pay 100% of the rate.

What's up with AT&T. They have gone down hill fast. AT&T being based out of Dallas And the coverage / reception is horrific. Come AT&T as much as we all pay for you coverage. We are being ripped off. It's rediculous the money being payed and getting nothing in return. I'm done with you AT&T. You suck.

For the last 24 hours, the cell site at Best Little Warehouse has been down. Customer Service said it had been reported but could not say when it would be fixed. This site has gone down too many times before. Also, it is the primary site for N. Weslaco. Unhappy customer

Specificlly asked if cell phone reception was good and was told it was. However, come to find out there is no reception at all rather in your your home or outside. Very very poor service! Even called customer service(who was very nice) and after a few things they told me to try, there was nothing they could do. I really like Verizon but I have to have reception as do everyone else in my area.

Absolutely NO network connection at all on campus, especially not in dorms! All carriers other than T-Mobile seem to work.

I work downtown. I get no reception, ever. How does AT&T not have decent service downtown in the 4th largest city in the USA? WTF?
