I have no network response to text or phone calls

I would not recommend Verizon to anyone, not because of there phone service, its fair to good in most area's, but its because they have a very poor attitude in there customer service department. I had there service for many many years past my 2 year contract period. I needed a new phone and they wouldn't give me one unless I signed up for a 2 year contract again. I told them no way, I've been a very good customer of yours for many years and there is no need for a contract, all I need is a cheap $20 phone, I told the lady that I guess you don't appreciate me as a valued customer so... .I have a decision to make, and I will choose to go elsewhere then. The lady told me that if I left Verizon to go to T-Mobile, that I would be back in no time flat, its been 5 years now and I never looked back and the funny thing is, they keep begging me to sign up with them again. Ha, Ha, Ha... Big Corporations Like Verizon Couldn't Care Less About What We Need...

Good service most of the time, if your on the highways, but there is one dead spot going north of I-30 when your on Hwy. 50 and it lasts until you get to Commerce.

I have t mobile and I have absolutely no service in my house or all of pecan plantation I have had two different phones here and neither worked. I had to go about 10 minutes outside of the community to get even shotty service. T-Mobile said there were no plans to build another tower around here, so I was forced to switch to Sprint. Hope that works better.

unable to get and keep a good connection

No phone or text in or out in this area. Tech support told me that tower is down and will be up on Aug 15. Funny thing is phone shows at least 3 bars and the web access works on the phone. Also just a block away all the services work.

Straight Talk pulls from either Verizion or AT&T towers, depending on if you have a CDMA (Verizion) or a GSM (AT&T) phone. Use a CDMA and get pretty good coverage... until several miles from town center. Then nada. Friend has older Tracphone and is good. Wife has AT&T pay as you go and is also good. So, until the GSM is up and running, no busy signal.. no signal at all.

I am visiting from out of town. Cannot call out, text, receive calls in this location where I am staying. Six Sprint devices in this house for past few days. No one has service. Very frustrating.

Have not had any reception for any Sprint phone in almost 3 weeks at home. Replaced two phones at Sprint store after techs attempted repairs. Finally called Sprint customer service and found out our nearest tower has been out since July 13th. Was supposed to be fixed by July 21st. Today is August 7th. Obvious lack of communication among Sprint personnel. No ideas on when we will have service again.

There is absolutely no reception I live about 1 / 4 mile from the river.
