The Woodlands Pkwy. / Terramont intersection, Spring, TX 77382 Sat Jul 23, 2011

For two months now we have had no bars standing 5 five outside our house. Had a Wilson repeater that work well for the past two years then lost all signals. AT&T said they will check but nothing has come out of it. They gave me a solution to buy AT&T micro tower to be install in my house and runnng on Uverse. The cost is $199.00 plus monthy minute fees on top of the cell phone fees. We have been with AT&T since the begining but now I feel like they are the worst of all cellular carriers.

Heritage Grand (Cinco Ranch), Katy, TX 77494 Sun Jul 10, 2011

AT&T's almost complete lack of coverage in Cinco Ranch is not AT&T's fault. The problem stems from our deed restrictions TOTALLY BANNING radio towers of any kind. AT&T actually offered $20,000 annual to the Heritage Grand HOA to allow construction of a 120' monopole (cell tower) hidden away in the trees next to their sewer lift station and the HOA said NO! Our problem in Cinco Ranch is one of education. We cannot have the goodies without also having the communications infrastructure to support them. Maybe after a few of these all-powerful HOAs get sued after someone dies because they cannot call 911 from their cell phone someone out her will wake up!

Mount Pleasant Lake / Mount Pleasant Cemetary Rd. intersection, Montgomery, TX 77356 Sat Jul 09, 2011

AT&T, what happened to my service? Three years ago, in 2008, we finally started getting service my residence (5 phones). Service was great with 3 bars and sometimes better. However, in June 2011 all service ended. We cannot get even a single bar. Our 5 phones are worthless and I am paying for service yet receiving none. I have notified customer service and the person (not in the USA, out-sourced) said we are in a "poor-to-no-service zone." I explained that we used to have good-to-excellent service and want to know what happened to cause it to disappear. The AT&T representative had no answer and could / would not refer me to anybody who might know what has happened to my service.

Yaupon Dr. / Texas Plume Rd. intersection, Austin, TX 78759 Sat Jul 09, 2011

We recently moved to our new house on yaupon and texas plume. The reception is virtually non-existent. I have been using ATT for several years now and this is the first time I am having issues with their service. Very rarely the call gets connected and within a few seconds, the call is dropped and the phone shows 0 bars. I am almost certain we will switch to a different carrier in a few weeks.

Since June 22, 2011, we have lost signal strength at my house - we used to have 3 bars now you are lucky to get even 1. AT&T admits they worked on the tower that day, but denies that they did anything that would cause our issue. SWITCHING TO VERIZON!
