AT&T sucks at my home (and I'm retired so almost always at home). Phone displays "E" for Edge and NEVER displays 3G at home. AT&T is aware of thie "Dead Zone" but expresses no likelyhood of any immediate improvement. When my contract expires in August, I'm switching to another carrier.
NO reception with any phone Flatfork Creek Bridge to Joaquin, from Joaquin to three miles west on 84. From there going south through the farm market roads. Terrible dead zones. This is a huge area to not have cell coverage. Approximately 5000 folks in a rural area of five * ten miles.
Verizon had coverage when I subscribed, then after three months they sent a letter saying "due to improvements being made to the system, temporarily sevice may be downgraded" They never made improvements. In fact they lost the tower space lease and have never provided service since.
