no service indoors. spotty and dropped calls outdoors. called customer service for last six months but no change.

No tower lines show at all for over a day now

I can't use my phone in the house at all and I live in the middle of the city. I was much happier with Cingular, but I don't know how it's changed since they were bought, all I know is Altell has been a major disappointment.

Consistently terrible reception. Even a bar shows up every now and then, it is dropped immediately.

No service even with all bars showing. Can't receive or make calls until I drive out of the area a mile or so.

T-mobile is a good company Have Had them Since 9 / 01 (Voicestream) but in this area it its so bad I only get one bar or no bars every few min with the same phone I put in an AT&T sim card and it is at full bars this is the only place that I have ever had problems except at the Galleria all I Had to do was turn it off and wait 2 min and I had some service

Signal drops when you get on the Ship Channel going either direction.

I have to go outside and stand in the yard between the 4th fence post and the house.Sometimes I can get 2 bars in order to dial but 9 out 10 calls are dropped. There is no local Verizon customer service in this area. This is RIDICULOUS in this day and time. The only reason I chose Verizon was to converse with my daughters in Houston and Oregon. Verizon uses Alltel towers and no telling who elses. I'm at a lose to decide which company to switch to. I give up!

I cant wait to go back to Alltel. Its amazing that I have NO signal at home, but can go 3 / 10 of a mile and have 3 bars. Cingular help sux too.

I sometimes have reception on the lake side of he complex, but none whatsoever on the side facing Garland Rd.
