The service here at my house its very bad I don't get.o signal at most parts of my house, just on one stop it gets one bar of service. Also sometimes all the phone stop getting signal for a long time Like today. They should fix all the antennas so the phones can work.right

A Cellphone tower needs to be installed in Shelbyville, Texas. It truly would be a great investment cause no one in Shelbyville uses AT&T cause of no service but if had it would use AT&T

Since May 2011 I have also received almost no reception at all. If I am able to make a call, it usually drops within 5 minutes. My phone fluctuates between 0 and 3 bars, but usually won't make a call even when it shows bars. It seems to be an issue with overloaded towers, because Katy TX is flat with no tall buildings. Companies should be held responsible for locking customers into a contract and then not providing the service they are forced to pay for. How is that legal?

Absolutely no cell service what so ever near Destiny Hills.3g is no use at all. What good is any supposed great phone when carrier has no interest in providing services. Terrible to deal with. Went back to land line and dial up. At least it works and is dependable.

I get absolutely NO receiption at any time of the day or night. One reason why I am with Virgin Mobile is because of it's service of use in almost all areas. I recently moved to Zip Code 76573 and the service is NON EXISITANT! I have to drive several miles to get any service. I really do not want to find another phone carrier - cause I have been with Virgin Mobile for 5 years - but if it forces me to change to an alternative then I will. Sometimes you get 1 bar or even 2 bars, but on weekends there is no signal to be found. We could really use a tower out here!

Normally I get at least 3g but most of the time I get h+ next to reception... ..I just drove from my sisters house 10 minutes away and got home... .and it was working at her house and here when I got a text from my house while at her house just before I left... ..I tried turning my phone off / on and no help... ..the only way I am posting this from my phone is via WiFi... ..something is fishy here : /

the service was not even available! Had to change providers, to Metro PCS and it still sucks. I only get texts

We have no bars inside our house and have to go outside to use the phone. This has been going on since the end of February. I have been asked if there has been any construction in my area, and I said no, but after looking at this tower map, the tower is right next to where they just completed an overpass. So I do not know if that construction had something to do with the reception for AT&T.

I am paying good money for ATT but no reception. 2 hrs every morning and after 4 pm cannot get on line.
