Sprint is the worst. I have a Verizon data card that is fairly poor in this location, and ATT is not too bad (at least I can talk on the phone) but Sprint was absolutely zero reception - unable to speak at ALL>.

We have always been pleased with our cell phone service through Cingular. Since service has been switched to AT&T half the time lately we have little or no service. When you call they either say nothing is wrong in this area or say they are working on a tower. There is a cell tower not 50 ft from our house and we still can't get any service. It is very frustrating. If they are closing this tower they just need to tell us that so we can make other plans for new cell phone service.
I have used SPRINT for 7 years now and this is the worst reception I have ever had. We moved into our new home in November 2007 and have not had coverage without standing in the "right" spot upstairs since we moved in. This is the same on 4 different models including Samsung and Sanyo phones.
We moved to the area after having great service with Sprint for years in other cities. Now we can't get any reception inside our house and only 1 bar at times outside, but then it drops your calls immediately. I have heard from neighbors that spring knows about this problem for years and has been promising a new tower, yet nothing has happened yet. Just empty promises and we are stuck in contracts that we can't use. I'm switching ASAP. Spring customer service has been worthless despite being a customer for over 7 years... .
Have been with (cingular ) AT&T for years, always had fairly good coverage on my ranch south of Woodsboro on the Aransas River. A month or so after Cingular bought out AT&T and changed the name to cingular,we began to notice that we had lost service in areas where we had always had service. We stayed with Cingular hoping they would fix the problem. Now,they are AT&T again, guess what, now the area of my ranch shows up on their maps as a poor or no service area.We can still on a good day use AT&T at our headquarters if we stand in the right spot. What a deal, thats what we get for being loyal to a cellular company.I have 8 phones on my accts most of which are used in other places besides here,so I had to go out and buy 2 Verizon prepaid phones for my foreman and me to use while on the ranch. By the way AT&T customer service truly SUCKS!
Horrible Reception. The coverage map shows good reception. There is not a tower within 10 miles. Customer service is awful. I finally talked to someone who looked to see how far the towers were from Deport.
