Calls drop EVERYTIME I get to this intersection and phones get NO reception until I get further down Denton Tap Rd. (closer to Lewisville). This is the 3rd phone I have had in a year and all 3 have had the same reception. My job is located off Freeport Pkwy. and Burns in Coppell and I can't use my phone while I am at work at all. NO RECEPTION. Co-workers who are with Cingular get perfect reception while at the office.

About a year ago our previously good reception in the Hunterwood subdivision disappeared as it did for all our neighbors using Sprint. All we get is excuses from Sprint. I'm tired of paying for 4 phones that we can't use within a half mile of our house. We're changing to a carrier we can actually use our minutes!

I have little to no reception... had AT&T now Cingular... called and filed several complaints... but Cingular does not really care... fixing problem dips into the profits... ..as long as no serious competition problems like these won't get fixed... .if you are looking for phone steer away from Cingular

Virtually no reception in house for all 3 GSM phones. We used to have TDMA which gave excellent reception. I would think twice about Cingular GSM in this area.

Cannot call from my own house. Had this problem with my old Sprint and Verizon phone.

Absolutely no reception... I have been a GSM customer for 2 years, because they told me that when I first signed up, the network would be all around Texas in a year. Nothing changes. The further into Plano I go, the worse the signal. Even near uptown Dallas, signal fluctuates, and I pick up more background noise on my end than the person's voice on the other side.

No reception in houses, when you get a bar you can't place a call no matter if you have 1 bar or 5.

Various call drops... if I stand on my bed, stand on my tip toes, and raise my phone up high, and don't move, I might be able to make a connection. It's easier to leave a message on my phone, "please call me at my other number." Usually a land line.
