I am particularly mad about my reception. Within the ATT contract it states that if I move out of the coverage area I can cancel. Well I haven't moved, I signed a contract only to find out that my neighborhood has the worst reception ever. No actually, I can truly say that AT MY HOUSE (the place where I am most) I get 0 reception. I tried canceling the contract, but the bastards just tell me that I have four bars when I call them to complain. ATT, you are Sh*t.
I used to get fantastic reception at home, and at school. But Now I am lucky to get one bar next to a window. One friend has the exact phone model and carier and gets more bars than I do when our phones are right next to eachother. My phone has recieved no damage, but I can't make any calls. The battery gets drained because it is always searching for a signal.
Sprint is awful in this neighborhood. I am lucky if I get one bar a month. When I do actually get reception, the call will drop within minutes. If you live in this area, go with another carrier.
Advertised as wortking in my area, which is untrue. I spent $235 in roaming charges and fees over an almost 3 month period with the assurance that the phone would work without Roaming on my plan. Cricket support had me change settings, update PRLs, change PRLs manually, change my number to a new local #, change my billing address. None worked. I was very happy with them in Ohio, but I am furious about how they have treated me here in Logan.
T-Mobile in 84121 - no bars. Worthless. Have to walk a quarter to a half mile to get reception some days. Works fine, other places in the valley. I gave up on them.

since last night, Jan. 28th, our cell phone has had no signal. Early this morning it was back very briefly, but so far today the signal is nonexistant. Our neighbor tells me that she noticed the same problem sometime last week. All my neighbors who are Verizon customers are without service.
