No coverage here at all. Phone reads "no service." This is silly given how Verizon touts their network on TV. My friends with Cingular are connected but I am not.
For those of you on the T-Mobile Network. On a triband phone (900 / 1800 / 1900), you will not get reception in most of Vermont. I have been travelling to Ludlow for the last four years and the only place that my phone works is on Killington(probably Burlington but never been there). Now the story is, T-Mobile have contracts with suppliers in VT but only on 850 band network. I believe this is true for all phones and companies(true for Cingular at least). T-Mobile told me last year that I must have an 850 band phone to work in VT hence why their coverage map says they have coverage in roaming areas! So your best bet is to buy yourself a quadband unlocked phone which is very pricey indeed. At least it will work everywhere. I am getting the Nokia N73. Will check back with details.
There is absolutely NO coverage in the town at all. I was able to find one spot on Brown Hill where I could get 5 bars but I was unable to complete a call when dialed; it just would not go through, nor could I receive calls.

Verizon has no coverage from Duxbury all the way down to Warren, up to sugarbush, over to fayston and everywhere in between. Major dead spot for Verizon.
