ATT is HORRIBLE about 6 miles surrounding my home. I had Verizon and as bad as they were I usually could get one bar in the yard. With ATT, the iPhone is a paperweight. Not even impressed with ATT in areas it should be strong. Stay away from ATT if you live in Beaverdam area.

We've had NO Reception since 02 / 04 / 10. Today is 02 / 20 / 10. AT&T can't tell us why or when service will be restored. We're about to terminate!

Zero signal-bars here where T-Mobile says "fair reception." Verizon Wireless service at same location on Blackberry was good. T-Mobile's answer is that it is putting up thousands of new antennae every year. Not here though!

UVA @ WISE is located here and many of the students bring there IPHONES here to get no service. I know of several hundred studends who are attending the college and have IPHONES that thier parents have bought them. I don't understand everything I guess I should, but why won't you cut a few of the other towers on for many of us that have the IPONES? I know some of the 3g networks use a different operating system, but from what I understand it would be an easy switch to turn on a couple of other towers and provide total coverage to the entire County as well as the college. Please give us some information.

I love AT&T cell service when you can get it. We went out on a limb a year ago and purchased two IPHONES. They do work in the Norton and Big Stone Gap area real well, but we were told that the entire Altell network coverage area here would be taken over by AT&t By the end of 09. Many people don't even realize you can get AT&T service here at all. I have told many that you can in those two areas I mentioned. I don't understand why AT&T bought Altell out here and will not cut the other towers on. All our towers are brand new and should carry the 3G service easily. We pay out a lof of money for no serive each month. UVA WISE

T-mobile reception in Brickshire Housing is no where near as good as they think! Most incoming calls go straight to voicemail, drops are common, and often there is no reception on a ground floor.

poor reception in the area of roman eagle nursing home with verizon. Alltel has perfect reception at the same location.
