Under Cingular and later SunCom I had good reception but about 6-8 months before SunCom was acquired by T-Mobile reception it went to zero where it is now 6 years later.

Phone is usueless inside DLA HQ.

No AT&T reception in Little Washington, and below average to poor coverage in Rappahannock County in general. It's been over a year since AT&T got approval from the county supervisors for 3 new towers and 2 extensions to existing towers in Rappahannock County, but NOTHING has been done yet.

Everytime I am on 95 north or south at Ashcake road and any side roads in the area you will not be able to make or receive calls. When you contact customer service they will blame it on your phone yet not one of my families phones or other people in the neighborhood can make a call.

I get zero reception in Floyd with AT&T. I frequently travel to Floyd from Richmond. After I go through Riner, VA, for all intensive purposes I fall of the planet. My fiance has Verizon, and he gets pretty good reception most places in and around Floyd.

During the weekend of Dec 31, 2010 and Jan 1, 2011, I could not get a single bar at my home with Verizon. I usually don't get very good reception at my home but generally see one to two bars. During the weekend mentioned, absolutely no bars. Did Verizon have a failure? It would be nice if they would tell us what is going on.

Got new phones for Christmas after checking with Sprint in store and being told my neighborhood got coverage. I now have 2 phones that get zero coverage at home. The sad thing is its the Sprint map shows that my home is in a good coverage zone.

Had reception when using US cellular as company phone. Make and receive calls and email. With Verizon lose signal 1 mile off route 100. Desperately need tower along the route 100 corridor. Wife has intellos. No signal as well.

The reception out here is very poor. I have call dropping as soon as get in the neighborhood. At my apartment I may have two bars if I move around my place. When I do I have to sit on the floor just to talk. For the past few days I can't get a steady signal. It goes from two bars to none at all in a matter of seconds. It's frustrating when you are trying to talk to someone on my cell and have to constantly call him / her back. Sprint reception really sucks here.

In my house I have no reception at all I have to climb up in the window just to get 1 bar I hate virgin mobile. it is horrible
