Phone reception in Daventry Park is very bad. I have to leave my cell phone in the car because the battery dies trying to find a signal when I take it in the house.

I think it's insane that in such a dense populated area, that we can't get cell phone service. I have 0 bars inside my house. If I go about 100 yards up the street, I can usually get 1 bar. Just driving in this area results in dropped calls. There are numerous places for a new tower, and I don't understand why they have never been placed.

Cingular just agreed to cancel my contract with o penalty because there is NO RECEPTION in this area. Hmm... interesting that they didn't have a problem selling me a phone and wireless package.

No reception - Intersection of Rolling Rd and Braddock Rd. Barely one bar - Turn right onto Burke Lake Rd.from Rolling road. 100 yard before getting off Little Turn Pike River exit from 495 North toward Tyson Corner

From HWY 42 at the bridge in Goshen to the entire Goshen Pass. About 30 to 45 min. with no signal. What if someone got hurt while fishing or swimming? This needs to be addressed!

I live in the River Lofts, and the reception... well, what reception. I have to go out of my apartment and almost outside of my apartment building to talk on my phone.

Sprint sucks in my area. Do not get Sprint if you live in Troy.

I have tried Cingular, Nextel, Sprint, Tmobile, AT&T, and Verizon. Currently have Verizon. In Daventry, phone shows 0 to 2 bars. All calls made within Daventry result in dropped calls. Daventry Board had an opportunity for one large carrier to install a disguised cell tower, and the carrier would have paid rent to Daventry, resulting in lower HOA dues! But, the Daventry Board unilaterally chose to NOT pursue this in secret, and did not inform the homeowners. This needs to change -- Daventry needs cell reception.

I get no reception on my phone from the minute I cross the VA border via US 52, all the way to Hillsville!

Amazing - N. bound I395 from Edsal Rd through Rt 236. Completely dead. Calls will have 4 bars and then suddenly the call is dropped.
