No reception from 4Mi. out of Richalands, VA. to the Vansant area on Rt. 460.

No reception in house, no reception on road in front of house, no reception until I drive.5 miles away to PB Smith Elementary school. Yet folks with Verizon have talked on their phone in my basement, and Sprint seems to work as well. Guess when my contract is up I will switch.

We have a hard time with Cingular from Thaxton to all over Bedford's area. I hate Cingular's reception. They need to stop saying that they have the fewest dropped calls because that is all I get is dropped calls. Please add more towers.

We bought a new home in Captain's Cove which is in Greenbackville, VA and have no reception in or around our home. We have to go out to the street to make a call.

In the house, can get incoming ring rarely, but many result in not able to pick up, or dropped calls. Outside the house, signal is very poor. Can place calls only occasionally. Very poor service for such a well-reputationed provider as Verizon WIreless.

Normally no reception recieved at home. If the moon and stars are aligned I might get one bar when I'm outside. But the call will be dropped.

I get no reception inside our house. I have called Cingular and found a general lack of interest. I can sometimes get weak reception in the front yard, but my usual approach is to get in my car and drive two miles to Twinbrook Shopping Center.

This is a dead spot. Calls will have 4 bars and then suddenly the call is dropped. It is about a 1 / 4 mile dead zone.

Sometimes I can get one bar but can't get a call in or out. I see that Verizon is building 2 new towers within about 2 - 3 miles. I hope this helps when they finally come online.

Can't hear anything in the house and not enough to understand outside.
