We just moved here. 0 bars, no reception anywhere. Called customer care. They either want us to pay off the contract or continue paying for no service. We agreed to return the phones, but still no agreement. Just say NO to ATT!

I just got a iphone 4s, at first the phone worked great but now all dropped calls, or no service from At&T, soon as I am out of my area phone works great... I am so fustrated and only found this out that At& T only has one tower 4 miles from where I live and lieing customer service at At&T says that there are two towers. Hopefully I can help someone else not make the same mistake..

There is no ATT signal reception inside any of the West Creek office buildings. Others get reception on their Verizon, Sprint or T-Mobile phones. I am moving to Sprint and buying the iphone 4S with them just for this reason.

I have had a really bad experience with t-mobile. They suggested that my device is limiting my service. I am very skeptical to renew my contract with them and they seem to sell devices before they are fully developed. Thinking about switching service and going for the iPhone.

It has been 5 days since I had service for T mobile here! I cannot believe this. I used to have EXCELLENT SERVICE here in the entire area of 22630 and cannot believe how bad it is. If it is not fixed by tomorrow, I am cancelling! Which is a disappointment to me because I really liked T mobile before this.
