i was told by a Verizon employee (3 yrs. ago) that a new tower was just placed in Goshen, which would give me excellent reception on Walkers Creek Road. Wrong... ... ... there has never been any reception anywhere on that road, and there is no tower in Goshen. Went as far as to tell me the tower was at the fire station. No service until almost to the interstate.

Cingular sucks in Stanley, Luray and Shenandoah area. When my contract expires, I'm going to find another carrier. I understand a new tower was built behind Page County High School by Sprint. With Cingular... dropped calls, no coverage... it is horrible.

Sidekick T-Mobile has no range at all. I tried everywhere and still nothing works. from I-77 to grundy, va and around I would say 50 to 60 miles circle outside of grundy va has no signal at all.

As with my Verizon 1xEVDO card, My Sprint PPC-6700 gets ZERO signal unless connected to an external antenna and signal amp.. then it gets 2 bars, but the signal drops make it next to impossible to use for anything more than txt messages.

No reception with the 1xEVDO card alone. I get 2 bars (-90db) with a signal booster AND an external antenna, but I still only get flaky at best 1xRTT signal.

No reception at all in most locations on property between Columbia and Hadensville, Virginia. Spotty reception toward Hadensville; less toward Columbia.

Can get no service in or outside of my townhouse. using this website I see Cingular has 4 antennas very close to my house I will be switching. My sister has Sprint and has the same problems

I have had little to no reception in and around my house in Victory lake for a year. Verizon Wireless hasn't done anything about it. I just waiting for my contract to end.

You would think they would put a tower up or something to help the people in the country.
