I am very disappointed with AT&T. I bought a very nice phone with all kinds of apps etc but half the time I cannot get reception around Charlottesville. When I travel I get great reception but at home (south edge of town) it is spotty. Around town reception is very poor most of the time. Some places great, some places poor, some places zero. This is not that big of a town. Why can't we get reception everywhere in these few square miles. I used to have US Cell and reception was much better. Not happy with AT&T.

My phone was basically a paper weight that played games the whole time I was in Kilmarnock. Thank Goodness my mom had her Net10 phone cause it was the only thing that got a signal where ever we went. I was deep inside the Super Walmart and the thing still worked. Thank You Net10!

Inside my apartment there is no service. There used to be some and it was patchy, but for whatever reason there is absolutely no service now. Sprint sent an Airave device to boost the signal, which would be fine except they tried to charge me $50 for it after saying they wouldn't, and the device is not that small and needs to be near a window to work. For me to get it to work I have to drape a wire across my apartment for the gps antenna to catch a signal. This is turning into a lot of work for something that I'm paying for which should already work. Why am I paying Sprint every month to give me pointless chores? Before I start rearranging my entire apartment for a stupid phone I'm going to pull the rip-chord on Sprint and hopefully find better service elsewhere.

HORRIBLE! I am so fed up with Verizon it isn't funny. I have contacted them numerous times to inquire about my service (or rather LACK of!) Do these technicians even work for Verizon? I never get the same story. I have poor service because of: (1.) the weather (2.) trees or overgrowth (at this time I was informed that overgrowth covers road signs as well???) (3.) my phone has not been updated... I update my Blackberry regularly as well as the 2 or 3 times they had me to do it! (4.) something was wrong with my phone--I have 3 other phones on my line and they all are experiencing the same thing, not to mention my neighbors, etc.! I DO NOT recommend anyone get a Verizon line. In fact, I suggest you run as fast as you can.
