in this subdivision off route 6 in Manakin Sabot, reception is weak at best. in my home, there is no reception. I had a repeater installed in my house, but reception is still 0-1 bars. I think with this area growing as fast as it is, a new tower would be appropriate.

All calls crop after passing Lake Mercer. Cell phone reception is terrible in this area. After three years of only having a cell phone in McLean, Verizon has failed me. It is unbelievable that they cannot fix this problem and after my contract is up I will not renew. No calls placed are ended by saying goodbye but by a dropped call. Ridiculous.

Dulles Toll Rd. / IH-66 intersection, Arlington, VA 22205 |

I typically don't have a problem with Verizon, but going from the Toll Rd.to 66 (or vice versa) I typically get dropped calls and no reception in this area. You would think, with all the Right of Ways around here (Metro, major roads, etc.) they could find a place for a cell tower!

Usually none. Cingular also bad. Sprint and T-Mobile are excellent in this area (Taylor Park, Military Rd, etc.)

There are only a few very small spots where I can get a couple of bars. Most of the time I don't get any signal at all.
