poor reception in the area of roman eagle nursing home with verizon. Alltel has perfect reception at the same location.

I had no signal on both of my cell phones or my wireless inernet for 5 days due to an outage. it was very inconvience for me and my family. I have never had a problem before when visiting that area but this trip jan 2010 was the worst I had ever experienced with AT&T.

theres no service at all, is there a way I can get service at my house

Work in 2011 crystal drive. Little or no reception in office on 9th floor, ground level. Driving out to Pentagon City there's no coverage until the mall. Constantly roaming on Verizon w 5 bars. Ugh

I got my phone. The company (local) says oh sure there is reception (YEAH, HERE'S MY SIGN). I get home no coverage, in town.. you guessed it no coverage. finally I GOT COVERAGE- yeah in Warrenton! Called main Company asked for my little man with glasses, asked where was my helicopter as well as my millions of helpers.. GUESS WHAT, the chick on the other end laughed, me too; /. well she informed me there were no towers where I lived and I didn't get reception in town because YEP no towers. Had to send phone back... btw loved the phone everything I wanted and more. Either way then there was a mistake with returns and I was charged for like 7 months of service. Mind u the phone was returned within like 72 hours with all attachments. I got a check from them after 8-9 weeks (they said it would be 2-4) either way I got in trouble with credit score companies, tons of trouble and grief, but hey, since I have no towers near me I guess, I could wait since I live so far out my neighbors the raccoons, possums, and deer didn't need the cash I must not have... Wrong. But it's all over now. Be careful and be sure to follow up with these people so you don't get slammed like yours truly

Absolutely no reception until you get to route 7

i can get reception in middlesboro all the way to the BP on the way to Caylor as soon as I pass the BP no service. Verizon customer can sit in the living room and have full service! AT&T has no service. there has to be a code similar to what Verizon uses to access the nearest tower for AT&T users... .so irritating

I drop calls like crazy. Horrid service and customer service.

Have had no bars for several days. Really inconsistant service and puts me at risk.

1 / 2 mile from tower, but trees and hills in the way, so 1 bar outside, 0 bars inside. Inside will fluctuate from 0 to 3 bars in attic.
