i was told when I switched service from T-Mobile to qwest that I would receive better reception. true, for within the city of seattle, BUT I went to vancouver, bc this weekend and had NO service at all. even T-Mobile had service in vancouver. i would never have service with these companies again! the back falls off the Kyocera and the battery falls out. qwest is now charging me 60 dollars to leave the contract after they told me their service would work in canada. b.s.

I get terrible reception pretty much anywhere in town. I was even at a store for the phone and had horrible reception. There is no way there can be 5 stars of rating for them.

Sprint Nextel Sucks here. NO SIGNAL to 1 maybe 2 bars. When it was just Nextel, before the buyout, my Nextel worked great. But now, most visitors to my house complain that they get no reception at my house. I think I'm in a black hole.

Sometimes (rarely) there's enough of a signal to know that someone is trying to reach you. I've never successfully taken a call here.

I moved from Denver to Seattle and thought I would still have coverage since Seattle is a major metropolitan area. I either get no reception or I go to Roaming! I refuse to pay roaming charges so I'm fighting with Sprint to get out of my contract early. Their customer service is lousy; I have never waited less than 30 minutes on the phone, no matter the time of day or night. They are only interested in selling to new customers, not in taking care of existing customers.

Just moved from Denver. I can't get any reception or else it drops the calls. Often when I get a call or try to make a call, it goes to Roaming. I am so disgusted with Sprint. I thought since I was moving to a major metropolitan area from another major metropolitan area I would have no problems with coverage. I am fighting with Sprint to let me out of my contract early. I refuse to pay roaming charges. By the way, Sprint has terrible customer service. You can NEVER get through on the phone to them unless you wait at least 30 minutes, no matter the time of day or night. They are only interested in getting new customers, not taking care of the ones they have.
