I have had Nextel for two years and cannot wait to switch. I have had nothing but problems with all 5 of my phones. Would not recomend nextel-sprint at all. Customer service has also been poor always having tower problems that is out of their control. I have never had a phone that has had as many droped calls on main roads I-5, Hwy. 14, I-205. Stay away from nextel-sprint

12th St. E Near Lake Tapps North Park / Ofarrell Rd. intersection, Sumner, WA 98390 Sat Dec 31, 2005

T-mobil tower is right at corner of 9th St. E and 182nd, but once you turn onto 9th St. E ( which becomes 12th St. E ) it disappears completely - phoof! GONE. T- Mobile is useless all around North Lake Tapps, in all the winding roads. It drops entirely at various spots down 182nd ( Kersey Way ) into Auburn. It's good AT Game Farm Park, but gone completely 1 block either direction from the park... Good most places in fact, except that whole stretch from Howard Rd.in Auburn up to, and around Lake Tapps. Comes in fine again, at Bonney Lake at Hwy. 410. CINGULAR comes in 5 bars at my house ( near the middle school ), and I've seen that on several different CINGULAR phones. My friend's VERIZON also comes in in my neighborhood OK - not as full as CINGULAR, though. Basically, T-Mobile comes in very strong almost everywhere, but when it drops, it drops hard. But CINGULAR works even in the winding hills around the lake.

I just moved here from Tacoma, where I changed from Sprint because of the same problem, no reception! Well I cant get ahold of my girls incase of a problem, they cant even go down the streen to get a call, I have found out though that if you put in a trouble ticket, and that comes back and says that there is a service problem that is a loophole that can help you get out of your contract with out paying fines, which I am looking into, but I need to find a provider that works where I live now.

Either no reception at all or (pricey) roaming on Sprint from my street-level apartment. Got a T-Mobile phone and got zero reception. Trying Verizon next?
