This would change if Verizon actually built the tower in Point Roberts they have had in planning stages for years now, but they still won't commit to a timeline. For now Rogers AT&T seems to be your best bet on the Point and I'm switching. Tired of waiting for that tower.

Canyon Loop Rd., Lyle, WA 98635 Mon May 31, 2010

AT&T says the area is covered that they a have a cell site close to my location, I am finding out Verizon may have been a better choice, stay away from AT&T, the iPhone has 1-bar, a cheap LG has 3-bars but my iPhone and Samsung SGH-A877 has major issues here. We are 8-miles north of Lyle

Used to work great from same location. Verizon will not say what changed, but has declared this a permanent "problem area" with no plans to fix. ATT works great from same location. Get 0-1 bar 200 feet north of house.

MyTouch 3G
Downtown, Seattle, WA 98101 Tue Mar 30, 2010

I switched from AT&T and the iPhone to T-Mobile and the MyTouch 3G in August of 2009. BIG MISTAKE! Somehow I thought that corporate headquarters being in Bellevue would make reception perfect. WRONG! Nothing but issues since then. Dropped calls, crappy customer support, I get zero service in Qwest Field, Husky Stadium, and Safeco Field. I live on Capitol Hill and I get constant dropped calls. Phone switches from 3G to EDGE to GPRS even when it's stationary. T-Mo reps have no answer and just don't care. ETF or not, I'm out! This is the worst cell / data reception I've ever experienced and remember I was with AT&T. That should clue you in on the horrendous service that T-Mobile has.

Midway Lumber and Entire East Side of Lake, Oroville, WA 98844 Wed Mar 03, 2010

poor cell reception coming into town until you get west of highway downtown. I loose calls all the time here and when i'm on the east side of town my calls get transfered up to a tower in canada and each month I call and fight to have these international calls removed from my bill. Verizon like all other phone carriers continue to promote there exceptional coverage plans (propaganda),but reality continues to be nowhere near what they promise.

I used to get great reception wherever I went with tmobile. What is going on lately calls are dropping all the time. Called customer care and a tech is coming out. This is so frustrating!

Apple iPhone 3G
SE 296th St. / 219th Ave.SE intersection, Kent, WA 98042 Mon Jan 25, 2010

Inside my house, more frequently then not, I get no signal at all. Sporadically will pick up a bar or 2 of edge and 3G, only to find when I place a call it fails. Found that T-Mobile has the closest tower(antennas are actually up on the power companys tower) to my location, just about a mile or 2 due north on corner of 216th Ave SE and SE 288th St. Got a prepaid SIM card from them and put it into my iPhone 3G, and never got below 2 bars of edge. Couldn't test T-Mobiles 3G coverage since the iPhone doesn't support their 3G frequencies. Once my contact is up with AT&T I'm switching to T-Mobile!
