I was forced to switch from Alltel to Verizon during the merger. I had service under Alltel, now don't under verizon. Verizon states that they don't provide, "Legacy" Alltel service in Montgomery (and Seth, and other places which Alltel once serviced). I bought my HTC Touch Pro right before the merger was announced. Now Verizon wants me to buy another phone (TP2 for $199 plus 2 year extention to my contract.) They are threatening me with a ETF, so I filed a BBB and FCC complaint and they are crawling all over themselves now.

it is a dead zone once u hit the bridge until about a quarter mile out. then u get reception again. need a tower

phone cuts out 1 mile before my house, but works in webster springs where we go camping! thanks to AT&T I get to pay two phone bills

go to att&t store said that they put new tower in lost creek wv, good maybe 5 miles way crow flys so we buy 2 I phones and get to the house and guess what no service and wife has ntelos and it has 4 bars inside the house and att&t has nothing why cant they do more when you pay that kind of price for phones and no service

Alltel sucks It has no coverage be in the middle of huntington drops the calls

We would appreciate if you would provide us with cell phone service, their are alot of people that would also provide you with plenty of buisness.

I would like to have phone service at my house in Saulsville. Where I can call and text on my phone and not just have it off all the time. I'm not the only person that wishes this, please put a cell phone tower where I can get service. thanks. Kristin

I am really upset with the coverage. I have been a customer of cellular 1 and AT&T for 5years or more and the coverage has gotten worse each year. A new tower was put in on Rt. 219 and it has not helped.My husband had US Cellular and we made a mistake changing him to AT&T, he had better coverage with US Cellular. We are interested, if AT&T would like to give us a call about them putting a tower on our land to help all of us that has your service. The land is one of the highest spots in Ballard area. Please do something to help us,we pay a hugh bill for not very good service and we are thinking of changing.
