I'd like to know how you get service with Alltel in Grantsville. I cannot get service there at all. I can get perfect service with a net 10 Cell phone. I cant get any service what so ever with Alltel in Grantsville. Or really anywhere else until I get close to Elizabeth. I get full bars at my home in Annamoriah, but cannot call or recieve any calls.

Was getting great all 5 bars through AT&T for about 2 years and all of a sudden about 3 weeks - started losing bars everywhere from Beckley WV all the way to Ansted WV Fayette Co Rt 60 - now I have NO SERVICE and showing full bars! What is going on? How awlful and the price for the monthly service is outrageous!

You people say you don't have dead zones... you better look again we need a tower in this dead zone!

We get no reception at all, I have property at the top of the hill above Bingamon and Wyatt, it should be a great place for a tower, and give reception to many, many subcribers, so AT&T give me a call, I'm on top of the mountain.

I get reception on top of Cleveland mtn. but as I go south down the mt. the bars go away. Like living in a third world country.

in the center of town signal is good but by the time you get 2 miles from the center of town you start loosing signal. I live 3 miles as the crow flies from the center of town and get nothing ever. there is no coverage going north until you get to parkersburg. maybe 1 bar on a ridge every once in a while if you touch your nose stick your elbow out and rub your belly. will be going to Verizon when my contract is up most friends that have it get much better coverage.

AT and T had to dismantle their tower since it was located on land owned by a mining company. So, we lost service and AT and T doesn't plan to build a new tower until December 2009. In the interim, they have placed two temporary towers on top of a mountain where, ironically, no on lives. Hence, we still have no service. Customer service has been poor to say the least. Few, if anyone from AT and T returns calls or follows-up on our concerns.

Drops my call everytime I travel up Raleigh hill, or, in Daniels, on the way down the hill towards Glade Springs

AT&T = FAIL The service is horrible.

I'm switching back to Verizon! This is crazy!
