T-Mobile used to share a tower and even if you have a contract with them, you will be lucky to get any phone service or any decent customer service related to NO phone service. Very frustrating. Used to be you could get one or two bars and the SW side of the island, even in tree coverage was ok... enough to keep from complaining loudly. Now there's pretty much NO coverage. In short, for anyone staying on the Island for any amount of time DON'T bother bringing your T-Mobile phone. Just kindly keep paying on your monthly contract without complaining...

No reception at all. as soon as I reached the State line from Illinois into Wisconsin, tried to text and nothing, no bars. As soon as you get into Bigfoot it is a dead zone! Tried to get money back from T-Mobile to get out of contract, no luck! plus they charged me for two months billing for a service I never recieved. I have since found out that a friend and my youngest Son had exactly the same problem, but they got a full refund on thier contract! Very misleading and very unsatisfied. I paid nearly $300.00 to get out of the contract and they just sent another bill! Now I am p.o'd and plan on trying to get the full amount back that they charged me. Very misleading company, they must know that thier service does not reach certain areas, but in my opinion once they have you signed up they don't care.

Travel up hwy 43 and from Sheboygan to GreenBay and if you have a 1 hour call you'll drop that call at least 3-4 times. It's horrible. Called them and nada! Switching to Sprint and iPhone 4s. Half the cost and at least same service level.

Got "No Signal" for the vast majority of the peninsula with AT&T. Didn't get a signal back until almost Two Rivers. Get Verizon, great voice coverage and 3G for almost everywhere in Door County

Both my husband and have poor to zero reception inside the majority of our house. Only place inside we get reception is laundry room and garage (connected). 2-3 bars outside. Had to get a landline until my contract is up this coming spring. Not sure yet what will actually work in our house.
