Cingular service is horrible along the Gorham and Johnson corridor on the Isthmus. DO NOT get Cingular if you expect to use your phone between Tenney Park and the Capital.

The RAZR is a beautiful phone, sound is impecable when working. On the Cingular Network it's like having a Ferrari with nothing but sand in the gas tank. In the spotty areas between Minneapolis and Rochester some coverage but ZERO Data coverage. No support at Cingular could get the POP3 Email to work. Asked to call the Blackberry group at Cingular and they were also unable to assist.

Traveling from Verona to Platteville, very few pockets of reception.

Absolutely no reception for what seems to be a good 20-mile radius around Clintonville, WI. I've found a black hole.

Sprint works in a lot of beloit, but around the college and downtown, don't expect to see any service. Sprint CSR says this is a 'known service hole' and has no plans to fix it.

I purchased this particular plan from Cingular because my wife is pregnant and I wanted to make sure she could reach me if something happens when I am at work. We recently purchased land in Blanchardville to move a house on, when we were plotting the house out, we had no signal, but five miles down the road we started receiveing signal, so I had to cancel the plan and continue to look for a plan that would work for us

Totally unsatisfied, poor customer service, gsm doesn't work in most areas, can't get coverage, poor reception, cuts off calls

Salesperson said we'd have service by WI Rapids / Rome. No service in Rome / Nekoosa, limited, low bars, reception in WI Rapids, gets another company. Two year contract, no service, what a joke! We have them for emergencies, young teenage drivers
