Traveling from Madison, WI to Minneapolis, MN on I-94. No coverage for 40% of the trip. Unacceptable for a major corridor between Chicago and Minneapolis. Coverage good between Madison, WI and Wisconsin Dels, WI on I-94. No coverage to poor coverage from Wisconsin Dells, WI to Eau Clair, WI. Spotty coverage from Eau Clair to Wisconsin / Minnesota border.

Approx 6 miles west of Monroe dependent on location in friends home, roaming, not roaming and sometimes will switch in the middle of a call. Free Nationwide long distance and no roaming charges do not apply. Monroe is approx 40 miles from home tower. Cinguar claim of no roaming charges nationwide is a rip off.

Great service through The Dells but intermitent service on Hwy. HH off of Interstate 90 / 94 (phone switches to Einstein Wireless). Went to NO service through the town of Adams / Friendship, Arkdale and Nekoosa! AT&T considers this the "black hole"! Can get service on TDMA plan but WILL incur roaming charges!

Just moved to Marshfield, WI (well about 5 months back) but just found out about this website. AT&T has no GSM reception in Marshfield whatsoever. I had a friend who visited me and he had a TDMA phone and it worked but with roaming so I am not sure of what to make of it. I can get alot better reception about 6 miles north of here in Spencer, WI but Marshfield, WI is out of the questions. Besides, AT&T customer service sucks big time!

Cingular digital does not work at all in Menomonie. I had to purchase an old Nokia analog phone to get reception after the brand new LG digital phone that came with my plan got no reception when I moved here. The analog phone is on and off and I am told that the nearest Cingular analog tower is over 100 miles away. Avoid cingular.

From intersections of Cty. Hwys. EE and I to intersection of Cty. Hwy. EE and Section Road, no service provider and no handset is able to make, receive or maintain a call.

All the maps I checked for our area said that you covered us... but now that I have my new cell I find that I can't use it at the one place that I really need it, at school! It seems to only work on the edges of the city. Yeah that's great... but it doesn't work for us. I think that if you say you cover our area you should at least COVER our area. Just put in a tower on top of our water tower... there are already a few there. I'm sure a big company could strike up a deal with our city.

Searching system is a common thing to see becuase of the horrible service. Sprint is only ok with a Sprint phone but with Virgin Mobile phones it is even worse. Not having any signal is so common that you won't even want to take your phone with you. So it may look like a good pre-paid option but get Cingular pre-paid much much better.

At least the Nokia got 1 to 2 bars but the Carrier was Alltel from Wisc. Rapids.

Poor or no reception downstairs at my house on Madera St. in Waukesha. Upstairs ok! At my girlfriend's house in Delafield I can never complete a single call!
