I used to have great service with AT&T but ever since Cingular bought them out I got NO reception at my house or at work. I spoke with someone at T-Mobile and was told that they have excellent coverage in Franklin and Brookfield. Since those locations are the two places that I really need to use my phone I decided to give it a try. BIG mistake! T-Mobile sucks just as much as having non-exsisting phone service. I have no reception at home, driving to work, at work and just about EVERY where else, oh except in Mayfair mall. That seems to be the only place I have a signal. I started out using a Motorola phone then tried a Samsung phone. After two unsuccessful attempts to get a signal, the sales manager actually gave me HIS phone (Nokia) to take back to work with me to test the signal - NOTHING. I'm not sure what to do at this point. However, everyone in my office has at least 3 bars on their phone with Verizon. Maybe i'll give that a try... I won't hold my breath.

Visiting the area from northern Illinois and expected to have coverage by Verizon, but no luck anywhere near this point. Kind of disturbing to think that an emergency call could not be made with Verizon.

Live just north of HWY 151 on top of the ledge and get little to no reception with Verizon. 95% of the time can't use the cell phone here. When I am able to make a call, usually get dropped. Have tried other carriers here with the same results.

I constantly will go to roam on alltel's network in the area of reisterer and schnell this is a known "dead zone" for US cell that they are "in the process" of fixing.

Called Sprint many times about dropped calls as I drive up Lakeshore Dr.to my house. It gets good near Whistling Straits (of course, anything for Herbie K) but then dies down quickly near the lake. Even in Cleveland baseball park, I get no bars. A buddy has Einstein and had full bars at the baseball park. Sprint said that I am in a dead spot. Yea. I am getting out of my contract. In my house, I get no bars. My mom has a Trackphone and was able to call my sister no problem from my living room. Point blank- if you live around the Cleveland area and get Sprint after reading this, you can't say I didn't warn you.
Just moved from N Fond du Lac to Eden. Constantly dropping calls and I am always having trouble trying to connect a call I'm making. Text messages and voicemails take forever to get to me and to get to my friends. Awful, awful service, and they will still charge me a ETF since they "technically still have service due to roaming agreements with other carriers." I'm fed up and I'm paying the ETF.

Dead spot for Cingular. 4 dropped calls in 2 minutes. Was AT&T customer, and "upgraded" to Cingular. The reception is much worse. Also have issues between Grafton and Saukville on Hwy. O.
