Starting at the corner of 76th St. going west on Bonniwell reception drops to zero and you have no bars for about two miles west and three miles either north or south.

Reception is marginal, at best. Lots of dropped calls or garbled conversations. I spoke with a "level 3" tech support person who indicated there are no plans to improve in this area. Great reception just 1 / 2 mile north on County "O" north of Applegate (Wagon Wheel) restaurant.

I spend 8 months in this area and am not able to receive or make calls... a huge area. have to drive over 35 miles with the hope of getting a reception. T-Mobile... never again. I hope they will let me drop with no consequence... Thanks heavens for SKYPE!

Can't guarantee reception in my house? Really? I can only speak in my closet, and that's roaming on "E." call AT&T? They argue with me about my actual location on the map! I know where I live. Some woman spent half an hour telling me I live a mile from where I do and if I live where I actually do "for example" as she put it I will most likely "never" get reception. Dropped calls everywhere but Chicago and Milwaukee. If I describe how I truly feel after nearly 4 years of AT&T on an iPhone living in Genoa City, Wi I will most likely be arrested for slander. It's awful and a waste of money. Husband and I were only given one upgrade the entire time, and we're due for 2, they even keep pushing back the date for it. We are paying to break the contract and running an never going back. Hours on the phone to resolve issues that never get resolved. Dropped calls even while on the line for them to fix it! Just not worth my time or money.
