I am on Boost Mobile Never have a problem making a call or on the two way no matter where on my property.

Very good reception with either ATT or Verizon.

my Nextel phone works verry good muck better then my old Verizon phone but in glastonbury area of exit 10 poor service no madder what phone you have no tower around

Something happened 1-2 months ago. Reception is now perfect (5 bars or 100%, used to be about 3-4), but connections are actually sketchy. Cellular telephone call quality is worse, and wireless broadband has higher speed but frequent dropouts. Latency and jitter are much worse than two months ago. I have no idea what's going on, although I'm guessing that someone might have installed one of those "home cell towers" that route through a landline-based ISP. It's getting tricky...

Cingular has excellent reception anywhere on RT372 in Cromwell and other parts of town are excellent as well.

Rock solid reception throughout the center of Glastonbury. I think the tower is either on the police station or located behind CVS off main street. Solid bar coverage all around the center and many remote areas.

Get great reception in Rocky Hill including inside my home. Very please with T-Mobile overall but was thinking of switching to Cingular only becuase of their better phone selection. T-Mobile does not really offer any great phones.

Perfect signal, service just couldn't be better. Even inside the Century Hills Apartments (constructed of brick and steel) the signal is excellent!

It's great where I live, but I lose all signal between 9 and 80

I have a Nokia 6010 bar phone and it has great reception. My girlfriend has two Motorola phones, one on Cingular and one Razr on Verizon and they have poor reception at the same locations.

Great Reception all around Kensington area even inside buildings. No dropped calls yet!

Excellent service with Cingular everywhere! Having had EVERY service provider Cingular is #1 and I recommened them to everyone! Even works great in the Northwest Hills Of CT! Ony place in the Northwest Hills where improvement is neede is in Litchfield, particulary in Litchfield centre.

Even with 5 bars, I get dropped calls frequently... sometimes three or four in a row within a couple of minutes

Verizon LG VX8300 phone and others with Verizon get good signal here. My phone shows "1X" (4of4 bars). I use voice, text, data, gps. Good on I384, I84 as well. My friends with Cingular usually have problems right where I am (Pine St. / Pleasant St. 06040 area), but whatever. Most cellphones do cut out on route 83 South Main St. (Manchester Rd Glastonbury) for a few thousand feet. Its on the outskirts between two towns and its hilly and rural in that area. Generally, Verizon is great service.

Reception is generaly good although a couple of months ago, a tower must have gone down for a couple of weeks because reception went down to 0 bars (only lasted a couple of weeks). It is back up and hopefully that won't happen again. Cingular seems to have the best reception here along with Verizon but Cingular has better phones. :-)

Pretty much like this until you get out into the woods of portland.

Great reception. I even get reception inside my school. So far Cingular is the only provider that gets service inside the school. Also with the recent combination of Cingular and AT&T I get much better reception in places such as Wethersfield where I never used to get reception.

Switching to Cingular was the best move I could have ever made. I have excellent service with my phone. I traded in a Nokia which had better service then Verizon, but worse then the Motorola. I am very pleased with my decision and the Motorola brand!
