Calls are solid. internet too, except it can be a bit slow. I have not had a dropped call in years, throughout the Boston area. Only in the mountains (NH, VT) I will lose signal. Wish the service was a bit less expensive, but, it is a good service.

The signal went from 0 bars to one. Not much of a difference but at least I can somewhat make calls. I still break up and people still struggle to hear me, but at least the call doesn't go straight to voice mail. I'm still considering switching to ATT but I'll give TMO another chance, because it seems they listened and did something and that I appreciate. It might not be perfect but they did something. So TMO please make another go at it, we might Fox this thing all together. If I get a steady 2-3 bars I'm satisfied. Been with tmo for 6 yrs, would like to remain a customer instead of switching to ATT.

I live right near the corner of West Newton and St. Botolph street... Sprint telephone and internet coverage was better before they went 4G LTE. When they were 3G I had decent phone and internet service. Up until I got rid of them in September I did not. I simply had no phone service or internet on St. Botolph at all. Also right behind the Prudential building on Huntington Ave and around the Christian Science Center there was is spotty or no service either. I work in downtown Boston financial district. There are many places in downtown Boston where you have no phone service, no internet service and what service you do have is very spotty. I do contract work and I can't begin to tell you how much money I lost due to missed phone calls. I contacted Sprint many times and after finally crawling my way to a higher level of tech support I was told OUTRITE its as good as its gonna get. "Boston's market has been upgraded and until we get other cities up to 4G this is what where we are." I had four lines and a tablet with Sprint. I disconnected all of my services with Sprint. 2 of them were a bit of a battle due to contract commitments. I managed to get out of those commitments and early termination fees by explaining to them they are not providing me with a usable service so what would make me want to stay with them? At first it didn't work but I went up the level of management and finally they get sick of me. I guess that's what it takes. The representatives and management seem to take this in stride.it sounds like they hear this all the time. I jumped over to Verizon as much as I didn't want to but at least I'm able to use my phone and Internet now. I need to be connected at all times. I couldn't afford to be a Sprint customer anymore.

Just moved to my new house and cannot receive and make any calls at all. I'm reduced to making calls over wifi in my own home, and even that comes and goes. How can you have 0 bars in every room in your home? Frustrating!

Terrible reception inside, maybe one or two bars of 3G service at most. Constantly drops calls, I have to walk to a window to get service. 4G is nonexistent unless outdoors and even then is spotty.

I used to get good reception in Coolidge Corner up to a month ago. I have a 3 G phone. For the last three weeks I got no reception except for one dropped call. My service is also non existent in the on Brookline Ave near the Boston line. Since I have been traveling a lot lately I notice a lot of other places where I can't get the service I used to get three months ago. I wonder if AT&T is cutting service to 3 G users. My son has 4 G and his only problems are occasional dropped calls. My wife who also has a 3 G phone has all of the above problems.

Just recently purchased an I phone 5S and now have no service where I work. Not even 1 bar on T Mobile. Other people have Sprint and Verizon and even though service isn't great they at least have it. Is there anything that can be done?

Ok in the house but stinks in Wellesley, and other states like NH and VT. Had ATT but expensive.

I was told it was because there are too many trees around my house! Have I time traveled to the Middle Ages... cell phones in Newton are a total waste of money
